A couple of people had told me about Amber Lounge in Knutsford and advised me to go on a night out there, so me and a few ladies ventured to Knutsford. The food was excellent and had no problems with any of the dishes i ordered. The service was also good and all my friends enjoyed their meals too. What was most impressive was the fact that when we had finished our meal, we werent rushed out and we could walk downstairs to the bar to sample the cocktail menu. We didnt stay till 2am but from what we could see everyone was enjoying themselves. WELL DONE AMBERLOUNGE!!

161 shut the doors.amber lounge reopened them.i was lucky enough to be invited to the vip opening.i noticed that inside the bar area it had been redesigned more like the old ciao italia.this is a plus in my book,as it now has a bar very central to the big open space.the service on the opening night was a bit anorexic,but i can understand as it was a very busy evening.i did not eat in the restaurant,so i cant really make any comment on that.the amber lounge has a very contempary feel to it and the surroundings look good too. i will look forward to my next vist with eager anticipation.
